FRYER PANELS are made from stainless steel with deburred edges and have a large radius corner for protection. Two sizes available and fits most fryers. Meets NFPA 96 requirement, section 12.1.2.5, which requires that a plate be installed when a fryer is closer that 16” to surface flames on an adjacent appliance.
